Artemis, the Tewkesbury Peregrine Falcon.

Tewkesbury is a riverside town very close to my studio, we love to walk about Tewkesbury, with it's Tudor architecture, & Norman Abbey. There are Peregrine falcons nesting on the Abbey, so I just had to paint one, as they are such beautiful creatures!
Peregrines do not build nests but lay 2–4 eggs on flat surfaces, such as skyscraper ledges, cliffs & Cathedrals :)
They have adapted well to our human environments, with large populations living & thriving in towns & cities.
I've called this Falcon Artemis, as she is the ancient Greek goddess of the hunt, wilderness, wild animals!
Artemis is ready to hang.

All original artwork takes two weeks in production and will be shipped out to you, first class on the 14th day. There is no shipping during bank holidays.Refunds and Exchanges

The items must be returned within 7 days
Refund will go through when I’ve received the item/items.
Return shipping must be paid for by the buyer.
